RANK/TROOPER FULL NAME: Trooper Brandon Slaney Stewart was released with a criminal citation and scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on September 5, 2023, at 0800 hours to answer the above charge. Stewart was transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing. Further investigation revealed that Stewart had been consuming alcohol and was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Stewart was operating his 2020 Honda Accord when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed. Investigation revealed that 25-year-old Stephen C. On this date and time, Vermont State Police received a report of a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 southbound at mile marker 56 in the Town of Windsor (Windsor County), Vermont. Mitchell was taken into custody and cited for the aforementioned violations, before being transported to Northeast Corrections where she was held on the in-state warrant. Troopers initiated a traffic stop shortly after and made contact with the operator of the vehicle who was identified as Alicia Mitchell (33) of Sutton, VT. Johnsbury Barracks were conducting roving patrols along US-5 in Lyndon, when they observed a motor vehicle violation. On 7/18/23 at approximately 2024 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. VIOLATION: Violation of Conditions of Release, Criminal DLS, In-State Warrant INCIDENT LOCATION: US-5 / Sandy Ln., Lyndon, VT Perkins was transported to the Manchester Police Department for processing and was later released with a caution to appear in the Bennington County Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later time. Perkins was subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI. While speaking to Perkins, Troopers observed multiple indicators of impairment. The operator was identified as Jessica Perkins (37) of Shushan, NY. On 7/22/23 at approximately 0120 hours, the Vermont State Police- Shaftsbury Barracks conducted a traffic stop after an observed motor vehicle violation on VT Route 7a near River Road in the Town of Manchester.
